Founded in 1974 to meet the country’s extensive demand for technical services in the field of civil-structural engineering, it has now grown to include all phases of a project, from inception through and up to the client’s full acceptance for use or occupancy. This includes economic feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, construction, management and supervision, start-up, and initial operations.
AUCI has the capability and flexibility to undertake engineering responsibilities under any type of owner approach depending upon the client’s requirements. The efficient management technique employed has been recognized as basic to cost-effective planning, development, and completion of various projects – from simple to complex. To date, the company has completed projects involving a cost of about PHP 50B, here and abroad. These projects ranged from simple residential houses to multi-story buildings, bridges, piers, commercial and industrial buildings, schools, and other types of structure.
